We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our expanding Manila team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our international offices on a wide range of projects, from public parks and urban spaces to waterfronts and large‑scale developments, gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful design work across the globe.

Work Shifts

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Toronto / Canada Time) – Employees assigned to the Night Shift will receive a 10% salary premium

Working hours will primarily align with the selected shift, with flexibility required to coordinate occasionally with international teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or support the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with teams in Canada and Singapore to develop creative, sustainable, and buildable solutions.
• Prepare design drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Oversee project coordination, budgets, and schedules.
• Participate in construction administration, including reviewing drawings and site visits.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
• Engage with clients and support business development efforts.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong design and technical skills, including construction documentation and site work.
• Proficiency in design software (Vectorworks/AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Lumion, SketchUp).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing projects and mentoring team members.
• Eligibility for professional licensure is an asset.
