Job summary

LANDinc in Manila is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead and support the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects across a global studio.

You will collaborate with teams in Canada and Singapore, prepare drawings, presentations, and technical documentation, and oversee project coordination, budgets, and schedules.

Mentor junior designers, engage with clients to support business development, and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong design and technical skills including construction documentation and site work.
• Proficiency in design software (Vectorworks/AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Lumion, SketchUp).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing projects and mentoring team members.
• Eligibility for professional licensure is an asset.
• Passion for design, sustainability, and creating meaningful places.

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architects to join our expanding Manila team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our international offices on a wide range of projects, from public parks and urban spaces to waterfronts and large-scale developments, gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful design work across the globe.

Two work shifts are available:

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Toronto / Canada Time) - Employees assigned to the Night Shift will receive a 10% salary premium

Working hours will primarily align with the selected shift, with flexibility required to coordinate occasionally with international teams
