Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation in Manila seeks a Chief Surveyor to lead survey activities across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. You will supervise survey aides/linemen, verify layouts and elevations, and ensure measurements meet project specifications.

You will compute geodetic data, prepare charts and records, and provide accurate As-Built data for assessments. On-site relocation to NAIA/Parañaque area may be required, with emphasis on teamwork and precise

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in the related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering; GE license is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with eye for detail.
• Results‑oriented, team‑player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to relocate/commute and to work on-site near NAIA, Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Checks survey equipment and calibrates instruments.
• Issues consumables to survey aides/lineman.
• Inspects layout and elevation with inspectors to ensure measurements meet specs.
• Computes geodetic measurements and interprets survey data to determine positions/elevations.
• Prepares data, charts, plots, maps, and documents related to survey.
• Supervises Lineman and Aide during survey works.
• Provides accurate As‑Built data for assessment.
• Supervises and trains Survey aides/linemen.
• Submits monthly accomplishment reports to Unit head.
• Provides monthly equipment monitoring status to Unit head.
• Compiles all As‑Built data.
