Job summary

Calltek is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Technical Support Engineer with deep expertise in network infrastructure and hospitality environments. You will serve as the final escalation point for complex issues, handling advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of wired and wireless systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless networks in multi-vendor environments, ensuring reliable, high-performance connectivity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network support or engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in VLANs, ACLs, routing, switching, NAT, and firewall policies.
• Proven experience with MikroTik, Aruba, Ruckus, Cambium, and Fortinet devices.
• Experience supporting hospitality or high-density guest network environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Network Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and security systems.
• Configuration & Implementation of network devices including VLAN setup, trunking, ACLs, QoS, and firewall policies.
• Multi-Vendor Network Support across MikroTik, Aruba, Ruckus, Cambium, and Fortinet.
• Root Cause Analysis and long-term fixes to improve stability.
• Monitoring, proactive support, and detailed documentation.
