The Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + React) to design, develop, deploy and support scalable software solutions. You will handle on-call duties (24/7 rotation) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

You will mentor juniors, participate in Agile ceremonies, implement monitoring with New Relic/Splunk, and manage Kubernetes deployments on AWS, enabling real-time data streaming with Kafka while upholding security practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Fullstack Developer (Java + React)
• Experience with on-call support (24/7 rotation)
• Build reusable components and ensure performance across platforms
• Write automated tests and debug applications
• Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile processes
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting using New Relic/Splunk
• Containerization with Kubernetes; deploy on AWS
• Real-time data streaming with Kafka and cloud security practices

Responsibilities
