Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + React) to design, develop, deploy and support scalable software solutions. You will handle on-call duties (24/7 rotation) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

You will mentor juniors, participate in Agile ceremonies, implement monitoring with New Relic/Splunk, and manage Kubernetes deployments on AWS, enabling real-time data streaming with Kafka while upholding security practices.

• 7+ years as Fullstack Developer (Java + React)

Technical Skills:

• Upper Intermediate to Advance in AWS / GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka, SQS or Rabit MQ, New Relic, Splunk, Spring Boot, CI/CD.

Experience & Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer (Java + React) for developing, deploying and supporting software solutions as well as providIing on call support for our end users (24/7 on call rotation).
• Build reusable components and ensure high performance and responsiveness across platforms.
• Write automated test and debug applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with your peers, mentor junior developers, and help the team achieve its goals.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like New Relic and Splunk to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Manage and deploy applications using Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability of containerized workloads.
