ProV International PH is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions. You will provide technical leadership in architecture, development standards, code quality, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise-grade web apps.
Strong front-end with Angular and back-end with Java (Spring Boot).
Experience building microservices, RESTful APIs, security, and scalable systems.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications per standards.
Lead architecture and technical design for scalability, performance, security.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
Drive technical decisions balancing business goals and engineering best practices.
Mentor engineers and promote code quality through reviews and testing.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and refine backlog with the team.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability.
