Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer - Level III to design, implement, and maintain software solutions that support business operations and company goals.

You’ll work in Agile teams with stakeholders, contribute to architecture, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD, and mentor colleagues while ensuring quality, performance, and reliability across Windows/Linux servers and common tech stacks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Java, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS in enterprise apps.
• Experience with SQL Server and scalable back-end architectures.
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot and APIs.
• Knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB/Redis is a plus.
• Front-end skills include HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery; UI/UX awareness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with APM, DPM, and BSA to capture requirements and translate them into engineering artifacts.
• Coordinate with architects and senior engineers to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and best practices.
• As part of Agile teams, perform design, coding, code reviews and testing; report status to the team lead.
• Suggest effective approaches to meet project and program goals.
• Proactively manage engineering risks and coordinate resolution of issues across teams.
• Liaise with other areas to handle interdependencies and keep stakeholders informed.
