Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java Backend Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience building REST APIs and enterprise-grade backend applications.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Software Design Principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, or similar services).
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Pull Requests, and Code Reviews.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) – Required.

Altimetrik is looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join a high-impact FinTech project, working alongside experienced engineers to design and build scalable, cloud-native backend solutions.

We're seeking a highly skilled backend professional with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and enterprise application development, capable of taking ownership from technical design through production deployment.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of Java Backend Development experience
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
• Experience building REST APIs and enterprise-grade backend applications
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Software Design Principles
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, or similar services)
