Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a hands-on Java engineer who excels at turning complex problems into elegant solutions. You will work at the intersection of Java, AI, and cloud engineering, building scalable systems with AI model endpoints and semantic tooling.

You will collaborate with Product, MLOps, Data Science, and Platform teams to deliver production-ready AI features while applying secure coding and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on Java engineer with 3+ years full-stack experience and 2+ years lead/junior architect roles.
• Experience building AI-enabled backend services and familiarity with secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java‑based, AI‑enabled applications and backend services.
• Implement CI/CD, observability, and monitoring in DevOps pipelines.
• Apply secure coding standards including IAM and encryption.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑ready AI features.
