Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is hiring an experienced AI/ML Developer to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions powering business decision-making. You will build scalable backends using Python and lead AI/ML frameworks, including LLMs, with strong emphasis on data integration and secure APIs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and at least 2 years of backend/AI/ML experience. You will collaborate with data and integration architects to ensure reliable ML deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in backend and/or AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Python and its libraries.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases.
• Proficient in version control tools (Git/Mercurial/SVN).
• Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python.
• Experience with user authentication and multi-system integration.
• Database schema design for business processes.
• Understanding of Python's threading and multi-process architecture.
• Familiar with server-side templating (Jinja2, Mako).
• Basic front-end knowledge (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) for integration.
• Strong debugging and unit testing skills.
• Awareness of security and accessibility best practices.
• Experience optimizing apps across platforms (mobile/desktop).
• Hands-on with LLMs: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, deployment.
• Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural networks.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
