Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and integrate user-facing applications and backend systems for AI-powered solutions. You will create conversational interfaces, admin portals, and API integrations for AI model orchestration, with emphasis on scalable backend services and production-ready development.

The role involves designing intuitive UIs, integrating AI agents, and ensuring robust, test-driven delivery across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required.
Experience with chat interfaces and multi-turn conversations.
Experience with cloud platforms and serverless technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API gateways.

Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces for conversational AI interactions and admin dashboards.
Build scalable backend services and APIs to host, manage, and monitor AI model workflows.
Integrate AI agents and models into enterprise systems and user interfaces, enabling multi-turn dialogues and dynamic workflows.
Implement response caching, retry logic, token streaming, and escalation mechanisms for stable and responsive AI experiences.
Enable agent transparency through structured output parsing, logs, interaction history, and feedback workflows.
Ensure production-quality development through automated testing, error handling, and responsive design principles.
