Job summary

Vertiv in Metro Manila seeks a Senior IT SOX Compliance Analyst to lead hands-on ITGC testing and remediation across a global enterprise. The role focuses on executing control activities, evidencing results, and collaborating with IT owners, Internal Audit, and stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of IT audit/SOX experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency with GRC tools, with professional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, MIS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years hands-on IT audit, SOX compliance, or IT risk management.
• Strong working knowledge of SOX ITGCs and familiarity with ITACs.
• Experience with audit and GRC tools (AuditBoard preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end SOX ITGC activities across domains (Access, Change Management, Operations).
• Perform hands-on control testing support with complete evidence.
• Review and validate control execution and documentation; identify gaps and deficiencies.
• Drive remediation with control owners to close gaps and meet audit timelines.
• Coordinate evidence collection and respond to auditor queries during audits.
