Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Cebu, Philippines seeks an Analyst II, IT Infosec to support SOX ITGCs and ERP controls. You will test IT controls, coordinate audits, and drive remediation with IT, QA, and auditors in a fast-paced public company environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in IT compliance or IT audit, with SAP experience and strong communication skills. Knowledge of ERP security, access control, and control documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SOX ITGCs, application controls and IT audit methodologies.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into controls.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance with SAP environments and ERP controls.
• Experience coordinating audit testing, walkthroughs and remediation.
• Familiarity with ERP security concepts including access provisioning and SOD.
• Strong communication to executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX ITGC and application control testing, including design and operating effectiveness assessments.
• Conduct control evaluations, compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Perform control design analysis and recommend improvements to IT processes.
• Coordinate and lead walkthroughs with internal and external auditors.
• Manage remediation plans, validate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Develop and maintain IT compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts.
• Partner with IT and PMO teams to embed compliance requirements into system design.
