Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced IT Consultant (Senior Consultant / Associate Manager) in Makati City. This hybrid role supports technology risk, cybersecurity governance, and IT risk management engagements for various clients.

The candidate will lead and contribute to engagements, develop work programs, and present findings. Senior and managerial paths require 3–5+ years in related fields with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Support and/or lead consulting engagements involving technology risk, cybersecurity governance, and IT risk management.
Assess technology risks, cybersecurity controls, IT governance, and internal controls.
Develop work programs, assessments, recommendations, and client deliverables.
Tailor consulting approaches based on client requirements and risk environments.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients.
Manage project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Provide technical guidance to engagement teams.
Review deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with engagement objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Mentor and support team members as applicable.
