Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Makati City is seeking an IT Consultant at Senior Consultant level and a Consultant Manager to join our Technology Risk & Governance Consulting team. The role supports clients across technology risk, cybersecurity governance, and IT risk management engagements.

You will lead or support engagements, assess controls, develop work programs, present findings, and mentor team members in a hybrid work setup. Strong client-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Technology, Cybersecurity Governance, IT Risk Management, IT Governance, Information Security, IT Assurance, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead consulting engagements involving technology risk, cybersecurity governance, and IT risk management.
• Assess technology risks, cybersecurity controls, IT governance, and internal controls.
• Develop work programs, assessments, recommendations, and client deliverables.
• Tailor consulting approaches based on client requirements and risk environments.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients.
• Manage project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide technical guidance to engagement teams.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with engagement objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support team members as applicable.
