Henkel Philippines in Makati seeks a Senior IT Provider Management Analyst to enable data-driven decision-making for provider and contract management. You will design Power BI dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting.

The role blends analytics with stakeholder engagement to drive measurable business impact. Hybrid work with mid-shift hours is offered, including three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/business/data analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, reporting, or provider/contract management.
• Hands-on Power BI, dashboard development, data visualization, KPI design, reporting automation.
• Strong data quality knowledge and ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and global collaboration skills.
• Willing to work mid-shift 1:00 PM–10:00 PM PH time on a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of reporting solutions for provider and contract management with accurate, actionable insights.
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to support provider management and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Provider Managers, Contract Owners, and global stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Drive data quality, governance, and harmonization across multiple data sources.
• Deliver analytics, ad hoc reports, and performance metrics to support strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve scalability.
