Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Proven record delivering security platform implementations and cybersecurity transformations.
• Strong OT Security and IT/OT environments knowledge.
• Experience with Secure File Transfer and file security solutions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience managing vendors, global stakeholders and multi-site deployments.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Hybrid and structured project governance.
• Stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management and communication skills.
• Fluent English in global, regulated environments.
• Hands-on with Claroty or OPSWAT or similar OT/file security platforms.
• Knowledge of network segmentation, SIEM, PAM and secure remote access.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of OT security projects focusing on OT platforms and secure file transfer solutions.
• Oversee expansion of OT cybersecurity capabilities including asset visibility and threat prevention.
• Deploy secure file transfer and file security technologies for compliant data exchange.
• Coordinate work across OT, Infrastructure, Network, Security Operations and site teams.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, vendors, timelines and milestones.
• Ensure implementations align with security architecture and regulatory expectations.
• Prepare and present status, risks and decisions to steering committees.
• Drive governance, testing, production readiness and transitions.
