Job summary

Continental is seeking a Windows Client Engineer to design, configure, and maintain global Windows/MAC client environments (Win11/Intune) in a hybrid setup. The role involves MDT/SCCM, AD integration, scripting, and cross‑team collaboration within a distributed global team.

Great English required and there is learning opportunities across ITIL/ITSM practices. The position emphasizes knowledge sharing, project coordination, and provider management while enabling work-life balance and career

Qualifications

• Degree in IT System Engineer or Information Technology.
• Willingness to work in a global distributed team.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Windows client area.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure and AD integration.
• Knowledge in Client deployment mechanisms (MDT, SCCM).
• Good knowledge of scripting (PowerShell).
• Fluent in English language.
• Good Knowledge of MacOS.
• Basic Knowledge of SQL.
• ITIL, ITSM, SCRUM familiarity.
• Service, teamwork and customer focus; virtual team work.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain global Windows Client Environment (Win11/MDT).
• Plan and implement future Windows Client Environment based on Intune/Autopilot.
• Develop and maintain global tools interfacing with AD, MDT, and SQL databases.
• Responsible for operational tasks, advanced testing & documentation.
• Provider management for 2nd and 3rd level providers.
• Knowledge transfer to local IT admins and external service providers.
• Coordinate projects and tasks related to Windows Client.
• Design and maintain global MAC Client environment (Intune).

• Design, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global Windows Client Environment based on Windows 11 and MDT
• Design, configure, maintain (future) Windows Client Environment based on Intune and Autopilot
• Design, implement, maintain global tools related to ContiTech’s Windows Client service (interfacing with Active Directory, MDT, SQL-based databases)
• Responsible for operational task, advanced testing & documentation within the Windows Client area
• Provider Management for 2nd and 3rd Level Provider
• Knowledge management and knowledge transfer to local IT Administrator community and external service providers
• Project coordination, work and project related tasks related to Windows Client
• Design, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global MAC Client environment (based on Intune)
