Job summary

Continental is seeking an experienced SAP consultant to provide support for SAP Sales and Distribution and TM, handling global deployments and ensuring smooth operation of Contitech systems worldwide.

You will configure SAP and identify process improvements, manage external development partners, and participate in global projects. ABAP debugging is mandatory, and strong stakeholder management is required in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent multinational experience.
• 7–10 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Experience implementing SAP processes and global projects.
• ABAP debugging knowledge mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and intercultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP SD/TM support for global operations and deployments.

Job Description

Responsible for SAP support in Sales and Distribution & TM requirements, projects and operational maintenance of Contitech systems globally, with business process knowledge and strong focus on Technical capabilities.

Support all system changes and participate in SAP SD/TM development and implementations.

Supports SAP IT operations global team, also involved with many SAP interfaces when needed. will be responsible for SAP configuration and identify improvements in process and system. Managing external development consultancy and/or support from AMS provider for setting deployment.

Qualifications

• Academic Degree as Industrial Engineer, Computer Scientist or comparable experience through several years of practical work experience in a multinational environment
• 7 - 10 Years proven experience with SAP consultancy
• Experience in implementing SAP processes
• ABAP/ Debugging know how is mandatory
• Successful participation on several global projects
• Profound knowledge of SCM- Sales and Distribution processes technically, additional business knowhow is highly desired.
• ability to lead change by influence, but no people leadership experience is required
• Strong Stakeholder Management and able to communicate effectively and assertively
• Experience in working with global teams with Intercultural Sensitivity
