Job summary

Aurecon in the Philippines is seeking a Senior IT Commercial Analyst to manage end-to-end commercial lifecycle of IT software products and services. You will handle renewals, licenses, supplier management, and contract negotiations to ensure value and compliance.

You will collaborate with IT product leads, legal, procurement, and finance to optimize costs, forecast needs, and drive commercial performance across the IT portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Procurement experience.
• Demonstrated experience in software licensing, IT procurement, contract management, supplier management, or commercial operations.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and vendor pricing arrangements.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models including SaaS, subscription, perpetual, concurrent, and named-user licensing.
• Experience managing multiple software and services contracts and renewals simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Financial and commercial analysis capability with advanced Excel reporting skills.

• Monitor software licensing, contractual obligations, and supplier-driven changes.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive commercial value across the IT portfolio.
• Maintain accurate renewal pipelines, reporting, and commercial forecasts.

What will you do?

The Senior IT Commercial Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of IT Software products and IT Services used across Aurecon. This includes software and Statement of Work (SoW) contract renewals, new software acquisitions, additional license requests, supplier management, contract negotiations, commercial governance, budgeting coordination, and purchase order facilitation.

The role serves as the primary commercial liaison between business stakeholders, IT Product leads, software and Services suppliers, legal teams, procurement, and finance teams to ensure IT Services and Software investments deliver value, remain compliant, and support business objectives.

Experience And Expertise

You will also need the following capabilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Procurement experience
• Demonstrated experience in software licensing, IT procurement, contract management, supplier management, or commercial operations.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and vendor pricing arrangements.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models including SaaS, subscription, perpetual, concurrent, and named-user licensing.
• Experience managing multiple software and services contracts and renewals simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Financial and commercial analysis capability with advanced Excel reporting skills.

Desired

• Experience using ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of IT procurement governance, software asset management, and vendor risk processes.
• Experience managing enterprise software portfolios within consulting, engineering, technology, or professional services environments.
• Experience supporting Statement of Work (SoW) creation, administration, and governance.
