APW Tech seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support IT solution implementation, system integration, data migration, and QA. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, vendors, and QA teams to ensure requirements are documented, tested, and implemented successfully.

The candidate will review backlogs, FSDs, and SDDs, assist in data migration and testing, and participate in UAT. Strong English communication and a track record in banking/financial services are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in Business Analysis, including 3+ years in a senior BA role.
• 5+ years in banking or financial services.

Aufgaben

• Gather and validate requirements and user stories with stakeholders.
• Review deliverables: backlogs, FSDs, SDDs.
• Support data migration, data quality checks, and system integrations.
• Prepare and review test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Participate in System, Integration, Performance, and UAT testing.
• Monitor defects and coordinate with vendors/QA for fixes.
• Assist in training materials, deployment plans, and go-live docs.
• Support deployment, knowledge transfer, and production transition.
