Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support a banking data migration project. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, migration teams, and technical resources to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant migration of banking data from source systems to target platforms.

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in complex enterprise software development, prefer data migration experience, and banking domain knowledge, with strong SQL and data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex, enterprise software development and implementation.
• Preferably with data migration-related project experience.
• Banking/Financial institution experience.
• Banking domain knowledge.
• Data migration methodology (migration life cycle, data mapping, data validation, reconciliation techniques, data quality issues).
• Business and systems analysis.
• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Data analysis and Data Migration methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements of Project
• Analyze Project Source System's Object Model, Metadata requirements, File Transfer requirements, and other relevant requirements that shall align with the system Mapping and Object Models
• Develop the functional requirement document based on BU submitted project requirements
• Secure approvals from key stakeholders
• Conduct analysis of the Project's Functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements align with system's current available functionalities
• Assess Document Migration feasibility
• Create the project-specific Configuration template to translate the design for system development
• Provide and align the applicable test strategies and use cases with the testing team for test execution
• Assist executing performance testing activities specific to the system
• Create Installation Guide (IG) to be included in the deployment presentation
