Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Education and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or relevant fields.


• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional IT experience, preferably with at least three (3) years of experience


• implementing and supporting data protection, information security, compliance, or related initiatives.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of governance, data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance processes.


• Experience implementing DLP and BYOD policies and controls using Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Purview,


• Microsoft Intune, and other security and compliance solutions, is a plus.


• Experience in business engagement, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management.


• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile practices.

Soft/Skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.


• Detail-oriented, methodical, self-motivated, and proactive.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in a matrixed environment.

Tools/Software

Certification (if applicable)

• Relevant certifications in information security, data protection, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, project management, or Agile delivery are desirable but not mandatory.
