Job Description: Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience) Education and Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or relevant fields. Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional IT experience, preferably with at least three (3) years of experience implementing and supporting data protection, information security, compliance, or related initiatives.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of governance, data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance processes. Experience implementing DLP and BYOD policies and controls using Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and other security and compliance solutions, is a plus. Experience in business engagement, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management. Good understanding of project delivery methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile practices.

Soft/Skills

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Detail-oriented, methodical, self-motivated, and proactive. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in a matrixed environment. Ability to lead, liaise, and work effectively with staff, service providers, and external vendors within the work location and across client. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a multicultural environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Tools/Software

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and other security and compliance solutions is a plus.

Certification (if applicable)

Relevant certifications in information security, data protection, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, project management, or Agile delivery are desirable but not mandatory.
