Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Director in the Philippines to lead the IR function, shaping the company’s communication with investors, analysts, and regulators.

You will craft the IR strategy, coordinate earnings releases and roadshows, and ensure accurate, compliant disclosures across all channels. The role requires a strong background in finance, capital markets, and SEC regulations, plus excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, capital markets, and SEC regulations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives and communicate complex information effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Experience using investor relations tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Nasdaq IR Insight, FactSet).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s investor relations strategy and framework.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community, including current and potential investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
• Prepare and present earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and corporate disclosures.
• Coordinate and lead investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, earnings calls, and annual general meetings.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all investor communication channels.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and compliant disclosure of material information.
• Track shareholder base, manage investor targeting initiatives, and provide feedback to executives.
• Build and maintain a robust investor database and manage relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws and regulations.
