Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in financial services or banking.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, banking, economics or business-related field.
• Knowledge of BSP, SEC, BIR regulations and corporate finance basics.
• Experience with financial spreadsheets, modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Background in financial analysis and process improvement.
• Strong time management and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investor relations materials and engage with investors, rating agencies, and analysts.
• Submit regulatory disclosures to SEC, BSP, PSE, PDEX, and SGX; address regulator queries.
• Assist in annual reports, ASM decks, and data gathering for reports.
• Support due diligence and data provision for product issuances and strategic reviews.
• Monitor inactive subsidiaries for dissolution and coordinate related requirements.
• Assist ORM, RMO, compliance, audits, budgeting and expense payments.
• Enhance databases containing IR data and ensure accuracy across sources.
• Integrate sustainability and customer focus into investor relations duties.
