Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Management, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in inventory counting and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with retail management or inventory management software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify that equipment delivered or returned matches the corresponding documentation, including quantity and physical condition.
• Ensure that equipment inventory control processes are performed in accordance with established procedures and report any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Prepare required damage reports during the return process, including photographs and supporting documentation.
• Perform inventory location and quantity audits to support the Inventory Control Analyst.
• Accurately record physical inventory counts and document the condition of inventory locations.
• Provide collected inventory data and audit results to the Inventory Control Analyst.
• Analyze identified process deviations with the Operations Manager and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
