Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Internal Control Senior Manager to strengthen the internal control framework across Pandora entities. You will lead end-to-end control reviews with a fraud risk lens, identify leakage and inefficiencies, and drive remediation with stakeholders.

The role combines strong analytical, forensic, and stakeholder management skills, mentoring junior colleagues and coordinating across multiple regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified professional accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and execute internal control testing plans across operational workflows and ITGC.
• Lead complex control reviews and cross-functional workstreams across multiple entities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on testing methodologies.
• Incorporate fraud risk lens into control reviews and identify red flags.
• Lead investigations using data analytics to identify anomalies and leakage opportunities.
• Identify cost-saving and process efficiency opportunities within controls.
• Advise operations teams on internal controls and anti-fraud practices.
• Collaborate with leaders to standardize key controls and drive remediation.
• Summarize findings and remediation progress for senior stakeholders.
