Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking an Internal Control Competency Center Senior Specialist to strengthen cross-market control monitoring, ISMS compliance, and data-driven governance across Nestlé’s global operations.

You will review dashboards (KRI, Balance Sheet Integrity) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, close gaps, and drive process improvements while ensuring timely, accurate reporting and risk-focused decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license is preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments is a plus.
• Finance and balance sheet expertise with controlling knowledge.
• Business & process understanding across Market and NBS.
• Ability to work with Supply Chains, Procurement, Factory.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Data analytics using Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process reviews with cross-market perspectives and identify opportunities.
• Support understanding of control monitoring tools and close gaps with tangible actions.
• Review dashboards and analytics (KRI, Balance Sheet Integrity) to surface insights and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, ensure ISMS controls are implemented and certified.
• Facilitate training sessions on compliance and validate RPA/automation controls.
