Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in external or internal audit.
• 2 years in supervisory capacity.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting frameworks and Philippine tax laws.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, techniques, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to enhance audit procedures and programs and set audit rating parameters using best practices.
• Plan and conduct the financial review of Property Management Companies within set timelines.
