Job summary

Megaworld Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen audit procedures and ratings by applying best practices. The role requires a solid foundation in accounting, auditing, and tax knowledge, with strong communication and analytical skills.

The Senior Internal Auditor will plan and conduct financial reviews of Property Management Companies under tight timelines, and is expected to work at Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in external or internal audit.
• 2 years in supervisory capacity.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting frameworks and Philippine tax laws.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, techniques, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR is responsible for:

• Providing assistance to enhance audit procedures and programs as well as currently set audit rating parameters by providing inputs on best practices.

• Plan and conduct the financial review of Property Management Companies assigned within the set timelines.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in External or Internal Audit

• Combined 2 years in Supervisory Capacity

• Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting Frameworks and Philippine Tax Laws

• Strong understanding and skill in auditing standards, techniques, and reporting

• Very good communication skills (both written and verbal)

• With good analytical and critical thinking skills

• Willing to be assigned in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City
