Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years Audit experience in Construction company.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
• Familiarity with equipment, fleet management, fuel usage, repair and department operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit equipment utilization and maintenance processes.
• Oversee fleet operations and monitor fuel consumption.
• Review repair and maintenance costs for cost efficiency.
• Ensure departmental compliance and improve efficiency across units.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to strengthen internal control and risk management.
• Act as the company's internal auditor to safeguard assets and promote operational integrity.
