Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment in Manila is seeking an Analyst, Internal Audit & Internal Control Compliance. The role audits across finance, IT, operations and compliance, prepares reports for management, and identifies control improvements.

Strong knowledge of COSO, risk-based approaches, and IT general controls is essential. The candidate should have 7+ years of audit experience, professional certifications are preferred, and experience in gaming/hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years audit experience, internal or external, with 3 years at a Big 4 firm preferred.
• CPA, CIA, CFE, CRMA or other professional certifications are desirable.
• Experience in gaming, hotels or construction is an asset.
• Knowledge of risk-based auditing, IT controls and COSO framework is valued.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with IT applications and general controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads small to medium-sized audits in key business areas needing improvements.
• Assesses finance, IT, operations and compliance controls across the group.
• Recommends improvements to strengthen the control environment and assist policy formulation.
• Performs special reviews and investigations as required.
