Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Internal Audit & Internal Control Compliance to perform risk-based audits per the Annual Audit Plan. The role analyzes internal controls and SOPs across the company and prepares audit reports for senior management.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of audit experience (Big 4 a plus), and holds CPA/CIA/CFE/CRMA or related qualifications. Gaming/hospitality experience is advantageous. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years internal or external audit experience, 3 years from Big 4 preferred.
• CPA, CIA, CFE, CRMA or other professional certifications desired.
• Experience in gaming, hotels or construction industries will be an asset.
• Knowledge in planning and performing duties on risk-assessed basis and understanding of IT general controls.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel and CAATs.

Responsibilities

• Leads small to medium-sized audits in key areas at risk and assists senior managers on complex audits.
• Assesses adequacy of financial, IT, operational and compliance controls through risk-based audits.
• Recommends improvements to strengthen the control environment and assists in policy formulation.
• Performs special reviews and investigations as required.
