The Senior Interior Designer will lead the conceptualization, design, and execution oversight of interior spaces across real estate developments — including residential model units, show flats, sales offices, lobbies, corporate spaces, and hotel/resort properties (guest rooms, suites, lobbies, F&B outlets, spa, and common/amenity areas). This role carries full ownership of design direction, vendor management, and project execution, and requires someone comfortable working autonomously across multiple concurrent projects.
Independently develop interior design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Own FF&E and OS&E specification, sourcing, and procurement end-to-end, including brand-standard compliance for hotel/resort properties
Serve as the primary design liaison with architects, engineers, contractors, and (for hospitality projects) brand representatives
Handle all material selection, vendor proposals, and pricing negotiations directly
Conduct site inspections and quality control across all active projects
Prepare and present design proposals directly to management
Manage project budgets, timelines, and priorities across a multi-project portfolio independently
Stay ahead of design trends, sustainable materials, and hospitality/residential market shifts relevant to Philippine real estate
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Registered Interior Designer (IDr.) with a valid PRC license — required
8+ years of relevant experience, with a proven portfolio spanning real estate/property development; hospitality/hotel & resort design experience strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong track record in FF&E/OS&E procurement and vendor negotiation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full project portfolio
Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills, including executive-level presentations
₱50,000 – ₱60,000/month, commensurate with experience and portfolio
