Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Interactive Designer to lead the visual and creative direction of our marketing campaigns. This role involves managing design teams and ensuring brand consistency across all projects. Key responsibilities include developing creative concepts, leading team efforts, and presenting to clients.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Visual Strategy: Set the overall artistic tone, style, and design standard for campaigns across digital, print, and video media.
2. Team Mentorship: Guide, inspire, and manage junior and mid-level designers, copywriters, and production staff.
3. Collaboration: Present creative concepts to high-level clients or internal leads and integrate feedback into final assets.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and research of design industry standards.
• Will have approval and responsibility for any design output before sending to client.
• Assist in ideation for pitch, TVCs, or photoshoot of various brand requests.
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography techniques
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Increase user friendliness in digital products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
