Job summary

APWTech is seeking an infrastructure engineer to manage core services across on-premise and hybrid environments. The role focuses on Linux systems, networking, load balancing and IaC using Ansible and Terraform.

You will work with Puppet and container technologies like Kubernetes/Docker to support production infrastructure. Candidate should have strong scripting abilities (Bash/Python), solid networking knowledge and familiarity with Git workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Linux administration experience across RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu or similar Unix systems.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience, preferably Terraform.
• Ansible experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on scripting or automation experience using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• 3+ years supporting production infrastructure in high-availability environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, reverse proxies, and SDN.
• 2+ years of experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container technologies.
• Certifications such as RHCE, CKA, or AWS certifications.
• Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, and EKS is a plus.
