Qualifications

• Professional experience of 3–5 years in engineering, construction, management consultancy, or related sectors.
• Experience in the infrastructure sector (transport, ports, power/utilities, energy, health, education).
• Experience in project financing and understanding of project financial modelling and financing markets.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear, well written and easy to understand reports and presentations.
• Provide economic, commercial, financial and strategic advice to clients in consultation with senior staff and partners.
• Provide support in the assessment of urban infrastructure and municipal services requirements.
• Liaise with different technical experts and manage engagements to client needs.
• Help manage internal budgets and administration requirements and ensure quality and risk management protocols.
• Support business development activities including tracking of key accounts and proposals.
• Provide support in feasibility studies of infrastructure engagements.
• Support the work of consultants and senior consultants in the team.
• Build and/or use financial and economic, value-for-money (VFM), contingent liability models (Excel preferred).
• Provide advice on project structure and delivery.
• Build relationships across SGV, with clients and other industry professionals.
