Job summary

SGV & Co. in the Philippines seeks a versatile professional to support the structuring and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, building robust financial and economic models, risk assessments, and implementation strategies to inform investments and policy decisions.

You will advise across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or any business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs with robust financial/economic models and risk assessments.
• Advise clients across the project lifecycle from concept to execution, including procurement strategy and regulatory alignment.
• Assess feasibility and recommend optimal structuring approaches using funding, financing, and delivery models (e.g., PPPs, hybrid structures).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior client stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Prepare proposals for infrastructure and economic advisory engagements aligned with project requirements.
• Develop and sustain client relationships across government and private sector stakeholders to deliver strategic insights and thought leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, including development of robust financial models, economic models, business cases, risk assessments, and implementation strategies to enable informed investment and policy decisions
• Advise clients across the full project lifecycle from concept development to execution, covering procurement strategy, capital planning, and regulatory alignment, with a strong focus on bankability and value optimization
• Apply deep understanding of funding, financing, and delivery models (e.g., PPPs, hybrid structures, public sector delivery) across local, national, and international contexts to assess project feasibility and recommend optimal structuring approaches
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams (technical, commercial, legal and third-party advisors) and engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive alignment, manage risks, and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Prepare proposals for infrastructure and economic advisory engagements under public and private sector clients, ensuring that the approach, methodologies, and credentials of the team are fully aligned with project requirements
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships across government and private sector stakeholders, delivering strategic insights, thought leadership, and high-impact outcomes in complex engagements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or any business-related courses
