Job summary

Aprio's Information Assurance Services team offers exposure to IT audit, cyber threats, and SOC reporting across data-driven industries. The Senior Associate role emphasizes risk management, testing of controls, and reporting under ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR standards.

You will engage with clients to plan engagements, perform control testing, and contribute to SOC/GD and other assurance deliverables while working with a collaborative team in a growth-oriented firm.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in MIS/IS or related concentration; minimum 3.3 GPA.
• Graduate degree in MIS, IS or Accounting Information Systems preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in information assurance or audit.
• Strong written and verbal communication for audit documentation.
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications within two years.
• Night-shift availability (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT) and remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead client meetings, walkthrough reviews of controls, and deliverables.
• Develop and lead testing of clients' security, privacy, and information risk controls.
• Direct execution and review of internal control testing; support problem resolution.
• Perform assessments against ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, GDPR and HITRUST.
• Prepare client reporting deliverables such as SOC reports and GDPR assessments.
• Collaborate to streamline internal processes and improve client service.
