Job summary

Insight Assurance is a global audit firm seeking a Manager to lead IT audit engagements, including SOC 1/2/3 and HIPAA assessments, and external audits of security and privacy frameworks. This is a fully remote role available to LATAM locations.

You will supervise staff, evaluate controls, and communicate findings to management and clients, driving performance improvements while fostering proactive relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• 4+ years IT audit experience, Big 4 or equivalent.
• Experience with GRC and compliance automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements (SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA assessments) and external audits of security/privacy standards.
• Evaluate design and effectiveness of technology controls and identify improvements.
• Communicate findings to management and clients; supervise IT audit staff and provide mentoring.
• Provide weekly status updates and foster proactive client relationships.
