Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the establishment of information systems that support CAI's Development Impact Framework. Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of information systems to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Development Impact Framework.
• Deliver training on the development impact framework for internal staff and DMC counterparts.
• Provide advisory and technical support to project teams throughout design, implementation and self-evaluation of lending operations.
• Coordinate ERDI support for country and private sector diagnostic studies to inform country partnership strategies and private sector development plans.
• Conduct impact and nimble evaluation to support learning and adaptive management of lending operations.
• Synthesize evaluation findings into briefings and other knowledge products that inform operations departments on improving project quality.
• Plan and coordinate internal clearance to establish the evidence portal for accessible, centralized evidence-informed project design.
