Responsibilities

• Lead IAM workstreams across client engagements and delivery of access governance and privileged access control.
• Coach team members on identity lifecycle processes and authorization management.
• Review IAM deliverables, docs, and control evidence for security and compliance.
• Coordinate IAM initiatives across Azure AD, AD, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk and Delinea.
• Analyze identity architecture and access models to identify gaps and remediation steps.
• Develop and maintain RBAC models and identity governance frameworks.
• Facilitate discussions with client stakeholders on provisioning, authentication, federation, and privileged accounts.

As an Identity & Access Management Manager, you will lead client support work focused on designing and implementing access controls that help protect identities, data, and enterprise systems. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, guide project execution, and use practical judgment to manage priorities, address issues, and support delivery across multiple workstreams within our Cybersecurity practice. In this role at PwC, you will help shape identity governance, privileged access, authentication, and authorization activities while coordinating work across stakeholders in the PwC Acceleration Center Manila environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading identity and access management workstreams across client engagements and validating timely delivery of access governance, privileged access, and identity controls
• Coaching team members on identity lifecycle processes, authorization management, and privileged access administration across enterprise environments
• Reviewing access management deliverables, technical documentation, and control evidence to confirm alignment with security and compliance requirements
• Coordinating planning, prioritization, and execution of IAM initiatives involving Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, and Delinea
• Analyzing identity architecture, access models, and system dependencies to identify control gaps and recommend remediation steps
• Developing and maintaining user access rights management procedures, role based access control models, and identity governance frameworks
• Facilitating discussions with client stakeholders on access provisioning, authentication, federation, and privileged account protection
• Identifying opportunities to improve IAM processes, automate routine tasks, and strengthen security across enterprise systems and data

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
• Demonstrating IAM project leadership across client service engagements
• Managing identity governance, access, and privileged access workstreams
• Coaching team members through access control delivery and issue resolution
• Applying Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or CIAM implementation knowledge
• Supporting enterprise access provisioning and authorization control delivery
