The successful candidate will shape Manila's hydraulic modelling capability, collaborate with UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand teams, and contribute to strategic planning and client discussions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in hydraulics or water resources is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in hydraulic network modelling., preferably in consultancy or infrastructure contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, calibration and verification of hydraulic models.
• Provide technical leadership and review on major modelling projects.
• Mentor and develop modelling staff across levels.
• Support client engagement, bid preparation and quality assurance.
