Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, messaging, or enterprise systems engineering.
• 3–5+ years in infrastructure architecture, solution design, or technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience administering and designing on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory Domain Services architecture and administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Connect Sync and hybrid identity.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Experience leading enterprise messaging migrations and modernization projects.
• Strong PowerShell scripting, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize on-premises Exchange Server environments.
• Lead Exchange Server upgrades, migrations, and integration with Exchange Online.
• Design and manage mailbox databases, mail flow, and routing.
• Troubleshoot complex Exchange issues and ensure performance.
• Develop HA, DR, and business continuity strategies for messaging environments.
• Plan mailbox migrations from on-premises to Exchange Online with continuity in mind.
• Design, implement, and maintain AD DS architecture and governance.
• Manage AD domains, forests, OUs, GPOs, DNS, and replication.
• Develop identity management and access control across on-premises and cloud.
• Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and directory issues.
• Lead AD upgrades, migrations, and integration with Entra ID.
• Establish security standards for privileged accounts and access.
• Design, configure, and maintain Entra ID Connect Sync for hybrid identity.
• Troubleshoot sync failures and duplicate identities.
• Ensure consistent identity data across on-premises AD and Microsoft 365.
• Architect, implement, and manage Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Configure Hybrid Configuration Wizard deployments and connectivity.
• Design secure mail flow, connectors, Autodiscover, and calendar sharing.
• Lead hybrid mailbox migrations and post-migration validation.
• Resolve hybrid issues involving authentication and mail routing.
• Assess and improve hybrid environments for security and performance.
• Develop solution architecture documents, designs, roadmaps, and governance.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers.
