ibex is seeking a Principal Technical Hybrid Architect to lead enterprise infrastructure modernization across multi‑cloud environments.

You will bridge on‑prem and cloud, define landing zones and guardrails, guide large‑scale migrations, and drive architecture reviews and incident escalations across global ops.

This role requires hands-on governance, cross‑functional collaboration, and producing clear architecture documentation for teams worldwide.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud engineering.
7+ years in a Wintel role.
Hands-on Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365 expertise.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure IaaS/PaaS and hybrid networks.
Experience in global, enterprise-scale environments and IT compliance.

Responsibilities

Act as the Principal Technical Hybrid architect for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Lead large-scale on‑prem to cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
Lead technical design reviews, incident escalations, and PoC initiatives.
Guide hybrid and multi-cloud architectures including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud networking.
Produce and review architecture and design documentation.
