Job description

The main objective of this position is to ensure that complex HVAC systems across residential, commercial and industrial sites are installed, diagnosed, repaired and maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. The role combines higg-level technical execution with field mentorship and site coordination.

Advanced Technical & System Operations

• Installs, inspects, overhauls and repairs complex commercial, industrial and residential airconditioning, heating and ventilation systems
• Conducts detailed routine and preventive maintenance checks according to schedule, accurately measuring and logging critical parameters including temperatures, pressure differentials, refrigerant levels and potential leakages
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves advanced electrical, mechanical and airflow fault conditions across diverse cooling and heating units
• Safetly operates and maintaines specialized trade tools and equipment (e.g. oxy-acytelene setups, manometers, micron gauges, recovery machines, vacuum pumps, etc.)
• Responds to both planned routine service requests and high-priority emergency calls in coordination with rightful authorities

Quality Assurance & Field Leadership

• Provides technical guidance and on-site oversight to junior technicians, ensuring trade best practices and safety procedures are consistently followed
• Inspects completed work for quality compliance, efficiency and adhererence to specifications and safety codes
• Recommends proactive system modifications, retrofilts orrepalacements for aging, obsolete or inefficient systems

Safety, Maintenance & Administration

• Strictly observes and enforces all prescribed standard operating procedures in relation to workplace health, environment and safety
• Ensures all company tools, equipment and even service vehicles used are maintained in top working condition
• Performs additional technical or supervisory duties assigned by the Management to support service operations as may be necessary
