I. Technical Expertise & Operations

• Perform advanced installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct detailed diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are performed according to technical standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Review, interpret, and create accurate technical drawings, schematics, and service reports.
• Maintain and calibrate tools, testing devices, and specialized equipment to ensure precision and safety.
• Provide expert guidance on selecting appropriate materials, methods, and tools for projects.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance, providing feedback and technical direction as needed.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to align technical work with operational goals.
• Maintain open communication with management, clients, and vendors to ensure clarity in project expectations and progress.

• Plan and oversee technical projects, from resource allocation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.

• Participate in equipment commissioning, system upgrades, and technical audits.
