Job summary

Mace seeks an experienced HSW Lead to oversee health, safety and wellbeing across our projects in the Philippines. You’ll drive policy implementation, audits, risk reviews and incident investigations, empowering teams to excel while advancing our net zero carbon ambitions.

The role requires leadership in HSW, solid knowledge of legislation and strong stakeholder engagement, plus a degree with professional accreditation. We offer flexible, hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing with continuous improvement track record.
• Strong knowledge of HSW legislation, risk management, assurance and audit principles.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Degree-qualified with relevant professional accreditation and commitment to CPD.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and improvement of HSW policies and standards across projects and operations.
• Conduct audits and inspections, driving timely resolution of findings and compliance.
• Analyse audit outcomes, KPIs and corrective actions to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure effective incident investigations and share lessons learned to strengthen performance.
• Provide leadership and coaching to HSW teams to foster a culture of excellence.
• Support net zero carbon transition through proactive management of carbon-related risks and opportunities in project delivery.
